Booking & Process.

04 ITEMS
01How do I book a shoot?
Send an inquiry through the Schedule a Shoot page. It walks you through the vertical, scope, timing and contact info in a few short steps. You'll hear back within 24 hours with availability and a custom quote.
02How far in advance should I book?
For one-off concerts and gameday, one to two weeks is comfortable — though we've turned around shoots inside 24 hours. For tour days, multi-room editorial, or travel work, two to four weeks gives us room to scope it right.
03What's your turnaround time on edits?
We strive for 36-hour turnaround on most projects. Larger or more complex shoots get a specific delivery date in the proposal — and we hit it. Need it faster? Say so when you inquire and we'll work it in.
04What if my event gets cancelled or rescheduled?
Tell us as soon as you know. Reschedules within the same season are easy. Cancellations more than seven days out are no-fee; closer than that depends on what we'd already committed to (travel, second shooter, gear rentals).

Pricing & Scope.

03 ITEMS
01How much does a shoot cost?
Every project is quoted to scope. We don't list package prices on the site because every shoot is different — what we're shooting, how long, what you need delivered, where, and when all matter. Send an inquiry and we'll send pricing in our 24-hour reply.
02Why don't you publish pricing on the site?
Standardized packages reward the average client and overcharge the small one. We'd rather scope your project, write one honest quote, and stand behind it.
03Do you require a deposit?
For booked shoots, yes — a 50% deposit holds the date and the remainder is due on delivery. The exact terms land in the quote, so there are no surprises.

Deliverables & Rights.

04 ITEMS
01How many photos do I get?
Every shoot is scoped differently, so the exact gallery size lives in your proposal. As a feel for it: a short concert set runs roughly 100–150 edits, a full show 250–300+, a tour day or multi-room editorial 500+. Whatever number is in your proposal is a commitment, not a guess.
02Will I get the raw files?
Edited gallery is the default deliverable. The full raw archive is available on request — useful for licensing, gallery prints, or if you have an in-house editor. Specifics live in the proposal.
03Who owns the photos and how can I use them?
You receive full usage rights for the purposes outlined in the proposal — social, press, web, print. We retain copyright (standard for working photographers) and the right to use the images in our portfolio. Exclusive licensing is available; just ask.
04Can I get vertical (9:16) cuts for Instagram and TikTok?
Yes. Vertical social cuts can be built into the proposal — 9:16 stills and short clips prepped for Reels, TikTok, and stories. Captioned versions on request.

Coverage & Travel.

04 ITEMS
01Where are you based and do you travel?
Upstate New York. We travel anywhere. Venues across the Northeast are routine, and tours, multi-day editorial, and out-of-state shoots are quoted with travel built into the number.
02What kinds of photography do you specialize in?
Five verticals — music & artists, sports, auto, people, and nature. Music is the largest share: concert pit, dressing rooms, soundchecks, tour days, press portraits, studio. Sports covers gameday, athletes and team work. Auto is track days, dealer inventory, and owner builds. People is editorial documentary and candid portrait work. Nature is landscape, travel, and weather — back roads, coastlines, the wide-open and wild.
03Do you shoot weddings or family portraits?
Not as a regular thing. If you've found us and want a non-template ceremony or doc-style portrait that fits the punk-energy aesthetic, send the inquiry — we'll see if it's a fit.
04Do you do videography too?
Yes. B-roll for EPK and tour decks, doc-style interviews, short-form social cuts, and same-week rough cuts. Usually paired with stills so the campaign feels like one project, not two.

The Untold Project.

02 ITEMS
01What is The Untold Project?
An ongoing documentary series — raw portraits and unfiltered video sessions with people who live on the fringes of "normal." Three keepers published so far: Billy Floyd, JJ Knapp, and Katy Margison. Each volume is one subject, one room, one long sit.
02How do I get featured on The Untold?
Subjects find us through introductions or come up in conversation. If you'd like to be considered — or you're nominating someone whose story belongs in the series — just reach out through the inquiry form and tell us who they are and why.
